1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by We Know Information Technology Limited ("We Know IT", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We Know IT provides information technology services including but not limited to:

  • Cloud services and infrastructure management
  • Cybersecurity solutions
  • Cloud PBX and VoIP telecommunications
  • Software development and data analysis
  • IT strategic planning and consulting
  • Technical support services
  • IT hardware and software sales

The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for services will be detailed in individual service agreements or quotes provided to clients.

3. Orders and Products

All orders placed through our online store are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud detection systems.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as indicated at checkout.

Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments exceeding 30 days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website and in our materials are the property of We Know IT or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

For custom software and development projects, ownership of deliverables will be specified in the individual service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as necessary to provide our services, as required by law, or with your explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, We Know IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from service interruptions, system failures, or third-party actions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Service Level and Warranty

We strive to provide reliable, high-quality services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Specific service level agreements (SLAs) may be detailed in individual contracts. Services are provided "as is" and "as available" unless otherwise specified.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach any of these terms. Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due and payable.

10. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Our collection, use, and storage of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, power failures, or internet outages.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
